What the yearly renewal pays for
GST rules, rates and return formats change, and so does Windows. The renewal keeps AgroPay updated for those changes, keeps support answering, and pays for new features. If you stop renewing, nothing is deleted. You can still open your bills, khata and reports. Only new sale and purchase bills stop.

After payment we send a licence made for your computer. Import it once in the Subscription screen.

Everything from the trial stays. The licence works offline from then on, and AgroPay reminds you before renewal.
If it does not work on your computer
If, within 7 days of your first payment, AgroPay does not work on your computer because of a fault in the software and we cannot fix it, we refund that payment in full. Read the full refund policy.

How much does AgroPay cost?

There is no charge per bill and nothing extra for more products, customers or bills. One licence covers one computer. There is no monthly plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The complete application is free for 15 days or your first 50 bills, whichever comes first. No card and no payment details are asked for.
Everything you enter during the trial stays when you activate, so the bills you made in the trial are still there afterwards.
What happens if I do not renew?
New sale and purchase bills stop until you renew. Nothing is deleted: your old bills, khata, stock and reports stay on your computer and you can still open them.
If you renew before the year ends, the days you have left are added on top of the new year.
How do I buy and activate AgroPay?
Send us a WhatsApp message from inside the trial or from this website. After payment we send a licence file made for your computer. You import it once, and it works offline from then on.
The licence is tied to that computer. If the computer is repaired or replaced, message us and we will move it.
Can I use AgroPay on two computers or two counters?
One licence runs on one computer. AgroPay does not yet share one set of books across several computers on a network, so a shop with two billing counters would need to keep them as separate shops. Talk to us before you buy if you bill from more than one computer.
Is there a mobile app?
No. AgroPay is a Windows application for the computer or laptop at your counter, where the printer is. Any bill can be sent to a customer's phone as an image on WhatsApp.
