Questions about this
Do I have to type in all my products?
No. AgroPay ships with 695 common products (186 seeds, 165 fertilizers, 219 pesticides and 125 other items) with HSN codes and GST rates filled in. You tick the ones your shop sells.
You can also import a product sheet saved from Excel as CSV, with every row checked before anything is saved, or scan a supplier's bill from a photo or PDF when stock arrives.
Does AgroPay connect to the SATHI seed portal?
No. AgroPay keeps your seed bills, lots, stock and khata. Entries that your state requires on the SATHI seed traceability portal are made on the portal itself.
Which languages does AgroPay support?
The screens are available in English, Marathi, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Malayalam and Odia. You can switch at any time.
Printed bills carry each label in English and in the language you picked, for example "Total / एकूण". The ready-made WhatsApp messages are in Marathi, Hindi and English.
