The bill on the farmer's phone, and the rain alert before the spray
Send a customer the exact bill you printed, as an image, from your own WhatsApp. Then use the same WhatsApp to tell your farmers about rain, new stock and offers, with messages already written in Marathi, Hindi and English.
Bill sharing: the real bill, in the right chat
Press Share on WhatsApp after saving a bill. AgroPay draws the bill exactly as it prints, opens the customer's own chat, and puts the image ready to paste. If the bill has no mobile number, it asks which number to send to and saves it on the bill. The first few times, a short animation shows where to press Ctrl+V.
Nothing is sent automatically. You see the chat and you press Send.
Messages worth reading, already written
The message library is written for farmers, not for marketing departments. Each message fills in the farmer's name and village and varies its wording slightly from person to person.

Send to the right farmers only
Choose all customers, one village, recent buyers, those with a khata balance, buyers of a particular product, or pick names by hand. Customers without a mobile and anyone who has asked to stop are left out. Campaigns can be scheduled.
Weather comes from a public forecast for each village. In linked-device mode, AgroPay can send the morning weather by itself at 7 am, only on days when rain, heat, wind or cold matters, to customers who bought in the last 90 days.
Two ways to send, and the honest difference
Assisted is the default. AgroPay opens each farmer's chat with the message ready, and you press Send. It carries no risk to your number.
Linked device connects AgroPay to your WhatsApp like WhatsApp Web, by scanning a QR once, and sends in the background. This is not WhatsApp's official business API, and WhatsApp can block a number that people report as spam. AgroPay says so on screen and limits the pace: a new number starts at 20 messages a day and grows to at most 250, no more than 14 an hour, random gaps between messages, breaks, quiet hours from 8:30 pm to 8 am, a weekly off day, and a pause after repeated failures. A farmer who replies STOP, BAND or बंद is taken off the list within about 20 seconds.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No. AgroPay uses the WhatsApp already on your phone. Assisted mode simply opens chats for you. Linked-device mode connects like WhatsApp Web and is unofficial, so use it with care for messages farmers actually want.
Which languages are the WhatsApp messages in?
The ready-made messages are in Marathi, Hindi and English. You can edit any message, and your edits are kept through updates.
