Accounts and reports
The numbers your shop runs on, without a second register
Sales, purchases, receipts, expenses and bank entries already live in AgroPay, so the reports come from them. Daily profit, cash in hand, the balance sheet and the file your CA asks for are one tap away.
Daily profit from what the stock actually cost
Daily Profit takes the day's taxable sales, subtracts the cost of goods using the actual cost of the batch each unit came from, then subtracts expenses and adds other income. Stock write-offs, round-offs and pigmy interest are shown separately so the net figure makes sense.
Cashbook, bank and pigmy
Record receipts, payments, expenses and other income by cash, UPI or bank. The cashbook lists 17 expense heads, loading charges (hamali) included, and 13 income heads such as scheme incentives, spraying charges and subsidy. Bank Statement shows a passbook-style running balance per account to match against the bank's own.
Daily deposit schemes such as pigmy get their own screen: one tap for today's deposit, a nudge when a few days are missed, and withdrawals and interest recorded properly.
Financial statements as on any date
Financial Statements shows the trading account, profit and loss account, trial balance and balance sheet as on the date you pick, with a difference check line. The figures are worked out from your transactions and opening balances, including cash in hand, opening stock, fixed assets, loans and capital.
One file for the CA
Choose a date range or a financial year and download a single Excel workbook. It carries Summary, Sales, Sale Returns, Purchases, Purchase Returns, GST Summary (with a GSTR-3B per month), B2B Sales, Expenses, Other Income, Cashbook, Bank Statement, Customers, Suppliers, batch-wise Closing Stock, Pigmy, and the Trial Balance with Balance Sheet. Empty sheets are dropped and named on the Summary.

Questions about this
Is AgroPay a full accounting package like Tally?
No, and it is not trying to be. AgroPay produces the trading account, P&L, trial balance and balance sheet from your shop's own transactions, and gives your CA an Excel workbook. It does not have journal vouchers or a general ledger for arbitrary accounts. Many shops bill in AgroPay and let their CA keep the final books.
