The seed register your licence asks for, kept by the billing
A seed dealer is asked for a monthly account of every crop and variety, and for the lot each packet came from. AgroPay already knows both, because you billed them. Pick the month and print.
The month, and the lots behind it
The first sheet is one line per crop and variety, with the brand and pack size: what you had at the start of the month, what came in, what went out, what was written off, and what is left. A past month is worked back to what the stock actually was on that date, not what it is today.
The second sheet is every movement of every lot in the month, whether purchase, sale, return either way or write-off, with the date, the bill number, the lot number, the expiry, the quantity, and who it went to or came from. Cancelled bills are left out.
What the officer usually asks next
An inspection rarely stops at the quantity. The questions are whose lot it was and who bought it. Keep the supplier's seed licence number on the supplier record and it appears against every packet you received from them. The farmer's village, taluka and district come from the customer record and sit beside each sale, so a lot can be traced in both directions from one page.

Form D order, and what is left blank
The Excel file follows the column order of Form D so the figures can be copied across without hunting for them. Production and Export are left blank rather than filled with zeros: AgroPay is a shop's billing software and knows nothing about seed you produced or exported, and a zero there would be a statement, not a blank.
AgroPay does not connect to SATHI and never will pretend to. The portal grants access to State departments for their own inventory software, not to a shop's billing app. The register is here so the entry can be made quickly and correctly, not made for you.

Does AgroPay keep a seed register?
Yes. For any month it gives each crop and variety's opening stock, purchases, sales, quantity written off and closing stock, and behind that the lot-wise movement: date, bill number, lot, pack size, quantity, and the supplier with their seed licence number or the farmer with their village, taluka and district.
The columns follow the order of Form D, the monthly statement a seed dealer is asked to file, and Production and Export are left blank because a shop's billing software does not know them. It prints and downloads as Excel.
Does AgroPay connect to the SATHI seed portal?
No, and be careful with anyone who says their billing software does. The portal gives access to State agriculture departments for their own inventory software, not to a shop's billing application.
What AgroPay does is make the entry quick: the seed register is laid out in Form D column order, so the figures can be read off one page and typed into the portal instead of being assembled from a pile of bills.
