Activate AgroPay after buying

AgroPay’s licence is made for one computer. Activation happens in two steps on the Subscription screen, and after that the licence works without internet.

Step 1: Send your activation request

1. Open Subscription from the menu. The Setup Guide’s Activate this computer button goes to the same place.
2. You will see your Computer ID. Press Create activation request.
3. Press Copy to copy the request text, or Save file to save it.
4. Send it to us on WhatsApp at +91 92703 53193, or email the file to connect@agropaysoftware.com. If you bought through an AgroPay dealer, send it to them.

We share payment details on WhatsApp. Once payment is confirmed, we send back a licence made for that computer.

Step 2: Enter the licence

1. Go back to Subscription.
2. Under Step 2 — Enter the licence you receive, paste the licence text, or press Choose licence file.
3. Press Activate. You will see “Licence activated. Thank you!”

Everything you entered during the free trial stays exactly as it was.

Good to know

• The licence is tied to this computer. A copy of the data folder on another computer will not carry the licence with it.
• Reinstalling Windows on the same computer keeps the licence working. If the computer is replaced or its motherboard changes, see Moving to a new computer.
• The dashboard shows a renewal card in the last 15 days of the licence. See Renew your licence.
