Renew your AgroPay licence
Renew AgroPay each year: when the reminder appears, how to send a renewal request, what happens to unused days, and what still works if the licence lapses.
- 1Open Subscription
Open Subscription from the menu or press the renewal card on the dashboard.
- 2Create a renewal request
Press Renew this computer and create the request, then copy it or save the file.
- 3Send it with payment
Send the request on WhatsApp to +91 92703 53193. The renewal is ₹3,500.
- 4Enter the new licence
Paste the licence text or choose the licence file and press Activate.
The yearly renewal is ₹3,500. Renewing keeps billing, updates and support running for another year.
When to renew
In the last 15 days of your licence, the dashboard shows a renewal card and the Subscription screen shows how many days are left. Renew early and lose nothing: the days you still have are added on top of the new year.
How to renew
- Open Subscription, or press the renewal card on the dashboard.
- Press Renew this computer and create the request. Copy it or save it as a file.
- Send it to us on WhatsApp at +91 92703 53193 and we will share payment details.
- Paste the licence you receive, or choose the licence file, and press Activate.
If the licence lapses
Nothing is deleted. You can still open your old bills, khata, stock and every report. Only new sale and purchase bills, and editing or cancelling them, stop until you renew. Renew and billing continues from the next bill number.
