Forgot your AgroPay password

1. On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password.
2. Enter your shop name and the mobile number saved in shop settings.
3. AgroPay shows a one-time password on the screen. Sign in with it.
4. Set a new password straight away.

Why it only works on the shop computer

The reset works only on the computer where AgroPay is installed, and allows 5 attempts in 30 minutes. That way nobody can reset your password from outside the shop.

If the shop name or mobile does not match

Check spelling and spaces in the shop name exactly as saved. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp from the shop’s registered number.

First sign-in

On a new install, the sign-in screen shows the first-time password until you change it. Change it on day one, especially if staff use the same computer.
