Export the GSTR-1 file and the Excel file for your CA

GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B

1. Open Reports → GST Reports and pick the month and year.
2. Read the GSTR-3B summary: output CGST, SGST and IGST, input credit from purchases, net payable, exempt and nil-rated value, credit notes, and how many cancelled bills were left out. If you had unused credit last month, enter it in the opening credit box.
3. Check the GSTR-1 sections: B2B, B2C small, B2C large, credit notes to registered buyers and the HSN summary.
4. Press JSON to save the file, named like GSTR1_092026.json. Press Excel for a CSV copy, or Print / PDF.

Upload the JSON through Prepare Offline on the GST portal. Our guide to uploading GSTR-1 walks through it. AgroPay does not file returns and does not make a GSTR-3B file.

The opening credit you type on this screen is remembered only on this computer.

One file for the CA

1. Open One file for the CA from the menu.
2. Pick a date range or tap a financial year.
3. Press Download the Excel file.

The workbook is named after your shop and the dates, and holds separate sheets for sales, sale returns, purchases, purchase returns, GST summary with a GSTR-3B for each full month, B2B sales, expenses, other income, cashbook, bank statement, customers, suppliers, batch-wise closing stock, pigmy and the trial balance with balance sheet. Empty sheets are left out and listed on the Summary sheet.

Closing stock and customer and supplier balances in this file are as of today, not as of the end date you picked. Keep that in mind when you download a past year.
